200g melted low-fat white chocolate

50 g dark chocolate

Boo-nanas

Ingredients:

8 small bananas (or four large ones cut in half)

200g low sugar yoghurt of choice

24 mini chocolate chips

Method:

Poke a straw through the base of the banana until it almost reaches the top and feels secure.

Carefully, on a plate, place bananas in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

Pour yoghurt into a tall glass and dip the entire banana into the yoghurt.

Using the same plate, lay the bananas down, and gently press chocolate chips to create a ‘ghost’ face.

Return to the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).

Remove from the freezer just before serving, and enjoy!
